I am glad you are here. I am a certified coach and consultant specializing in disability and trauma. I work with both trauma and disability, as I find that they often occur together.
My coaching clients are often working through lifestyle changes related to new and/or lifelong diagnoses. These can include: autoimmune disorders, terminal or degenerative conditions, cancer, dysautonomia disorders, unspecified chronic pain or chronic illness, and neurodivergent diagnoses such as ADHD, Autism, mental health disorders, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Complex PTSD (CPTSD), and PTSD.
I support all clients—coaching and consulting clients alike—in crafting lives in which their needs can be met. I help them identify and explore their changing needs, and develop and pursue goals that align with their values. Clients appreciate my calm and supportive style that prioritizes client choice.
I am trained by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and National Board of Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC)-accredited programs, am certified by Coach Training EDU, and am a graduate of Brown University (History, B.A. with Honors). Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I now live in Fort Collins, Colorado.
I offer a complimentary 30-minute Exploratory Call to all potential clients. If you are interested in working together, you can contact me by using the button, form, or contact information on this page.
I look forward to connecting!
I work 1-on-1 with individuals, as well as with organizations.
